The Insert Dates & Times Action

This lets you insert dates and / or times in whichever format you like into the selected area. Also, you can choose to insert incrementing dates and times, increasing or decreasing by an amount that you can set.

The 'Using the format' drop down lets you choose one of the available formatting options or create your own. You may also type in spaces here to easily distinguish the newly inserted dates from the existing names. If you only choose date format letters, such as 'd', 'M' or 'y' then the time will not be inserted, and vice versa.

The 'Date & Time' boxes allow you specify either the fixed date and / or time that you wish to insert, or the starting point for the incrementing series.

If the 'Changing by' box is ticked (checked) then you can specify the increasing or decreasing step change to the final date and time specified in the 'To' boxes.

The run of dates and times will increment at the specified amount up to but not exceeding the final date and time shown in the 'To' box.
